ROKIAH ALIAS
CEO
Rokiah Alias, our Principal Advisor/CEO, brings nearly three decades of expertise in integrated risk management, compliance, and governance. A Finance graduate from Western Michigan University, she has championed risk management and investment analysis across Malaysia’s banking and real estate sectors, notably contributing to the development of Shariah-compliant investment products. As a certified Lead Auditor for MS ISO37001:2016 Anti Bribery Management System and SUKUK development specialist, Rokiah combines technical excellence with practical industry experience. A recognized thought leader, she regularly shares her insights at prestigious events including the MIA Women Leadership Symposium.
ROSNIZA ABDUL WAB
COO
Rosniza, our Partner at Maple IGC Solutions, brings over 25 years of expertise in strategic marketing and digital transformation. A graduate in Property Valuation and Finance from City University, London, she has developed extensive knowledge in management system certification through leadership roles at SIRIM QAS International and TUV SUD Malaysia. Her career highlights include establishing SIRIM Huasheng Co Ltd in China and driving AI-powered digital transformation initiatives. As a certified Customer Experience practitioner, Rosniza combines her international business expansion experience with deep expertise in digital innovation to lead our marketing and operations functions

Muhammad Harith, our Associate Director, represents the next generation of governance professionals combining fresh perspectives with technical expertise. A Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Malaya, he is certified as a Lead Implementer for ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System by Trans. His engineering background provides strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, while his leadership experience as Head of Multimedia and Technical Division for RCEUC demonstrates his project management acumen. At Maple IGC, Harith brings vital qualities essential in today’s business environment: adaptability, technological fluency, and innovative thinking to governance solutions.
